Mike started his career training as a commercial pilot. After becoming disabled in his twenties, he subsequently entered the pharmaceutical and IT industries, holding senior marketing and management positions in global companies. Mike is now Chief Executive of Aerobility.
Mike has always had a passion for flight and since early teenage years has been closely involved with aviation, continuing to fly, achieving over 2,000 hours to date. During this time he has held various executive committee positions for aviation and charitable organisations, and has been an award-winning pilot with a passion for introducing the thrill of flight to others.
Mike has a BSc in Applied Science from the University of Glamorgan, and lives in Hampshire with his partner Katy and stepson Michael. He regularly gives talks and motivational presentations, and is comfortable in media settings.
Muscular Dystrophy is a progressive genetic neurological condition which in Mike's case has completely taken away his ability to move and he permanently uses an electric wheelchair. Mike continues to work, drive and fly.
Mike was awarded an MBE by the Queen for his services to disability within aviation. He has also received the Honourable Company of Air Pilots Barnes Wallis Medal for his work in developing technology and techniques for disabled people to learn to fly.

As former Heads of Voice and Acting in leading UK conservatoires, she shares her experience of developing elite ensembles and A-List individuals by interrogating the dynamic listening skills required to garner extraordinary results, and unpicking what excellence looks like in the form of magnetic communication.
Inverting populist leadership theory, Storey explores the relationship between the ego and the soul persona, pointing up the importance of surrender, communion with an audience, and self-nurture as the essential ingredients of extraordinary teams and their leaders. Storey applies methodologies gleaned from working with elite ensembles and A-List celebrities to amplify the need for compassionate self-leadership, and for releasing the creativity within teams.
Unique in her approach to mastering her own disability sufficiently to pilot an aircraft, an impressive list of organisations has worked with Charlotte Storey to gain her insights into human performance and the benefits of audacious self-leadership, these include HM Royal Marines Band, Lockheed Martin, European Business Aviation Association, BBC, Disney, Nickelodeon, The Bank of England, Natwest Bank, Warburtons, and Homebase.

Harvey has always been drawn to aviation and aerospace but the beginning of his flying journey was unconventional given his phobia of flying.
Harvey has Cerebral Palsy and started learning to fly with the British disabled flying charity Aerobility in 2016 and quickly decided that his interest in flying outweighed the fear. He gained his Private Pilot’s Licence in 2019 at the age of 21.
In 2019, Harvey also began working at Aerobility as the Aviation Activities Officer responsible for flying days, ground activities and youth education.
In 2023 Harvey completed a secondment with NATS and returned to Aerobility as the Advocacy Manager. The role includes heading The Equal Skies Charter.
Outside of aviation Harvey has been a horse rider and horse riding instructor. As a teenager, Harvey was a young ambassador for the Princes Trust and a social mobility commissioner under the Cabinet Office.
