Equal Skies Visits Friedrichshafen

On the 10th of April a group of representatives from Aerobility and The Equal Skies Charter visited Germany to attend Aero Friedrichshafen to promote accessibility in aviation and aerospace.

Aero Friedrichshafen is a leading general and business aviation trade fair which this year hosted 760 exhibitors from 38 nations. The show provides the perfect platform for us to promote disability inclusion, catch up with partners and engage new organisations.

As usual, the show was superb and gave the team an insight into new initiatives and technologies. The group were particularly impressed with Shark Aero who display a exemplary attitude to disability inclusion. Shark Aero’s positive attitude goes far beyond lip service with the organisation working with buyers who have a disability to adapt their new aircraft to enhance accessibility. Shark have already produced aircraft fitted with hand controls and are open to helping with other solutions as required.

The same day, Harvey took the opportunity to give an interview to friend and journalist Liz Moscrop. In the short interview Harvey took the opportunity to talk about the benifits of disability inclusion and promote D.E.S25 which will take place later this month. The interview will feature in next weeks addition of BlueSky News.
