The Equal Skies Charter mission is to build a world where people with a disability have equal access to the benefits and opportunities provided by aviation and aerospace industries. The charter aims to increase the amount of people with disabilities working in aviation and aerospace and ensure that their lived experience is used to improve the sector’s services.

The Equal Skies Charter is an industry-driven initiative, calling on all aviation sector members to sign-up to a set of principles and behaviours that promote inclusion for people with disabilities.
